I can't connect to any of my 5 bank accounts

After I connect one of my bank (no problems at all) back in October last year, I'm trying to re-connect my American Express and connect 3 other bank accounts (chase, Wells Fargo and US bank) I'm keep getting error 571, or that it can't connect to bank account right now or something unexpected happened. I already cleared all cookies, and enable pop-ups, and change the browser from safari to chrome, nothing helps.

Enabling pop-ups can prevent you from completing the setup and accessing your transaction page, @magdalenaJ. I can guide you on how to disable them so you can connect your banks seamlessly.


Sites might send pop-ups to show ads, or use redirects to lead you to websites you may not want to visit when the pop-up blocker on your browser is active. Disabling this may differ depending on the web browser you are using. Other browsers may have alternative methods for turning off pop-up blockers. 

 

To turn it off in Google Chrome, you can follow these steps:

 

  1. Click on the three dots button in the top-right corner of your desktop.
  2. Select the Settings option from the drop-down list.
  3. Go to Privacy and Security and Site settings.
  4. Click Pop-ups and redirects.


  5. Tick the Don't allow sites to send pop-ups or use redirects option.


     

Once you have disabled the pop-up blocker, reconnect your bank accounts again.

Disabling pop ups doesn’t help. Maybe I should update my system
