Hi there, @gverdiyan. I'm here to provide steps to ensure you can perform the reconciliation process smoothly.

Let's perform some browser troubleshooting steps to determine if this is a cache-related issue. To start, you can open your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account via incognito mode. This is a private browser that doesn't store cache and cookies that sometimes get corrupted and caused odd behaviors when running the program. Below are the shortcut keys you can use:

  • For Firefox or Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.

Once signed in, attempt to perform the reconciliation again. If the QBSE does not freeze, please go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. This will eliminate the piled-up cache and will provide you with a clean slate. If the same thing happens, you can use another supported browser or device to run the program.

Please let me know how this goes. I want to ensure you'll be able to reconcile your account in QBSE seamlessly. Have a good day ahead and take care.
