If you're new to QuickBooks Online(QBO) Payments, the first deposits take longer since setting up and finalizing your merchant account takes time. Your payments will be deposited to your account within five business days,  depending on the type of payment and the service you're using.

 

If a payment is ever on hold, we'll notify you via email at the address you used to sign in to the Merchant Service Center. Kindly review the email since it will provide specific steps to resolve any issues.

 

Since you haven't received the funds in the allocated time, I recommend contacting Payments Support. They have the necessary tools and resources to check the status of your payments and provide appropriate solutions in a safe environment.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QBO company.
  2. Click Help at the top right.
  3. Select or type Contact Us.
  4. Type in your concern then hit Let's talk.
  5. Choose Start a chat to connect with a support expert.
