Question

I can't mark a payment as "received". The program just spins and spins. Is anyone else having this issue?

I'll make sure you'll mark your payment as received, @mpellini-icounse.

Let's rule out a possible browser cache issue. There are times the browser is full of frequently accessed data. This helps in swiftly loading web pages faster the next time you visit a site. However, too much of it causes issues that can hinder the performance of your account.

To verify this, let's access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account in a private or incognito window. This is a great way of identifying the issue as this doesn't save any data files.

To open a private window, you can refer to these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome browser)
  • Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox & Microsoft Edge browsers)
  • Press keys: Command + Shift + N (Safari browser)

If you’re able to record your invoice payments, I’d suggest clearing your regular browser's cache to refresh the system. If the issue persists, I suggest using other supported browsers. This way, we can check if this is a browser-specific issue.
