I cannot connect my QuickBooks cash account to my banking tab.

every time I click the add account button under the banking tab. it just says "something's not right to try again."

Thank you for taking the time to post in the Community. Let me share some information about the error message when connecting the QuickBooks Cash account.

 

Our product engineers received similar reports from other users experiencing the same behavior when connecting QuickBooks Cash with QuickBooks. We aren't able to give a specific timeframe when the issue will be fixed.

 

Rest assured, the engineers are doing their best to fix and prevent this from happening in the future. For now, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team so they can add you to our list of affected users.

 

This way, you can receive live email updates about this issue. To contact them, you can follow the below steps:

 

  1. Click the Help option in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Get help from a human.
  3. Choose Chat with us or Have us call you

 

Our Customer Support Team is available from 6 AM - 6 PM PT (Monday - Friday) and 6 AM - 3 PM PT (Saturday).
