I cannot get my bank account to sync with QB?

Can you tell us what happens when connecting your bank? Is there any error code or messages? We just want to make sure that we're giving you the right steps and information to resolve the issue.

Have you tried opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser?

Problem solved, I had to reset my bank account PW to complete the login in process, thanks to all of you that helped..Have an awesome day!
