Hello there, nkbservicesllc.

To ensure smooth import of your MileIQ CSV file in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can consider reducing its file size.

If the issue persists, we can proceed with some troubleshooting steps. To begin, please open an incognito window and log in to your QBO account. Depending on your browser type, you may refer to the keyboard shortcuts provided below:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

When this works, you may proceed to clear the browser's cache. This removes its stored cache to ensure the program performs efficiently. I recommend using another supported browser or device if you still encounter the same challenges.

In addition, you'll want to check this article as a reference to run basic reports: Run reports in QBO.

If you have further concerns about uploading your MileIQ CSV file in QBO, feel free to come back here in the Community. We're here to assist you 24/7.

Unfortunately I have already tried your canned response to no avail.  I have verified it is saved as .csv and the file size is 14.6kb (well under the 100kb limit).

I have also tried different browsers both normally and in cognito / private.

I find it funny that when I did the online chat for help prior, they told me this feature is only available to the highest (advanced) subscription level and tried to get me to upgrade my subscription level (a $110 per month increase).

This is not true.  I found the issue, and neither the online chat, nor your response was helpful.  Very nice that you outright lie to your customers to try and swindle more money out of them.  What a joke of a company.
