Question

I cannot sync my data. My tablet runs slower and slower. I cannot reach anyone to help with this?

Thank you for reaching out to us here on the Community page. I'm here to take care of your concern today and help you sync your data into QuickBooks Online.

 

To get started, I recommend updating your QuickBooks app to avoid issues. Here's how (steps may vary depending on the device you're using):

 

  1. On your device, open the Google Play Store.
  2. On the home screen, select the menu ☰ icon.
  3. Select My apps & games.
  4. In the Updates tab, look for the QuickBooks mobile app.

 

If you haven't yet, you can also update your device or Android version to the latest release to improve its performance and functionality.

 

You can also open QuickBooks using a supported browser, then check your data from there. If the same thing happens, please feel free to share the name of your bank. This way, I can gather enough resources and check for any open investigation.
