I cant add my bank account

I've followed the directions and even went to the brick and mortar bank. They said the problem was on the QuickBooks side.

Are you getting any error messages when trying to connect your bank to QuickBooks Online (QBO)? If so, may I know what specific error you're having? Any additional information will help me provide the best resolution for your concern.

 

In the meantime, try signing into your QBO using a private browser (incognito). This will help us check if this is a browser-related (cache and cookies) issue.

 

Here's how:

 

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).
