I cant connect my Wells Fargo business account?

You'll have an issue finding or connecting to your bank if they have multiple names on our list. You'll have to make sure to select the correct listing or enter all possible links and search by banking sign-in URL to check if you're using the accurate one. 

Another method is to use other listed versions of your bank's name. This helps identify if they have different types of accounts, but choose to only release one website for connection to QuickBooks. Follow these steps to complete the process:

1. Go to Transactions, then select Bank transactions.
2. Choose Link account.
3. Enter the name of your financial institution. When it appears, select it from the list. 
4. Hit the link to go to your bank's website. This opens a new window. 
5. Make sure you can access your account through this site. See if you can view your account summary, account history, and account details without any errors.
6. If you can access everything, sign out of the bank's website.
7. Go back and continue to add the account in QuickBooks.

If the issue persists, you have the option to manually upload transactions from your bank into QuickBooks. By doing this, you can efficiently keep track of your business's growth and activities, ensuring everything is accurate.

Once everything is all set, categorize your downloaded entries to ensure the precision of your accounting data.
