I changed my banking information yesterday and it does not show up. the old bank does??? Help please. Loma smith

You may need to update your bank information in QuickBooks, @123Jaynfoy.

 

When changing the bank details, you may also have to do the same in QuickBooks. This is done to get the latest transactions in your bank feeds. I'd be glad to show you the steps below.

 

  1. Go to the Transactions menu and click the Banking tab.
  2. Select Update. Let's make sure you have selected the appropriate account. 
  3. Select the Edit ✎ next to the bank name then, Click Edit sign-in info.
  4. Enter your updated bank website username or user ID and password. If Error 103 appears, select the Reconnect my account link and enter your new username or password.
  5. Select Save and connect
  6. Once you see a confirmation message, click Done. This is how it looks like:

 

 

QuickBooks will automatically download the latest available transactions every night around 10 P.M. PT. You may also do a manual update to update the bank feeds. You can do that on the Banking page and select the Update button.
