Question

I clicked next to a date in the transaction list and the transaction disappeared. How do I get it back?

I have tried refreshing my bank account and ensured that there are no filters applied.

To look for the missing transactions in QBSE, let's make sure to select the All Filter option. This way, all entries will show up on the page. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QBSE account.
  2. Navigate to the Transactions menu.
  3. Choose All for the Type, Account, and Date drop-down menu.

 

If you still remember the missing transaction, you can search for this in the field. 

 

Otherwise, manually add the transaction to your QBSE account. You can use this document for specific instructions: Manually add transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

 

Once transactions are in, you must categorize them to ensure they are allocated to the correct line of your Schedule C.
