Allow me to share some information about the QuickBooks Online app and help you download your excel spreadsheet.

There are limitations to the access that we can in the QuickBooks Online app and downloading an excel spreadsheet is one of those. You can visit this article to know more about this: Compare mobile app features. 

As a workaround, I recommend downloading it from the web. But before anything else, may I ask what data do you want to export and download from your QuickBooks account? Please know that in QuickBooks Online, downloading data can be done in different ways depending on what type of information.

If in case you want to download certain reports, here's how:

1. Go to Reports.
2. Search and select the report you want to export.
3. At the top of the report, select the Export icon. Then select Export to Excel.
4. Save the file somewhere you can easily find, like your Downloads folder or your desktop.

Note: If you're missing data when you open the report in Excel, the file's in protected view. In Excel, you'll need to select Enable Editing to view the full report.
