Question

I connected my PayPal account successfully via the app, and it successfully grabbed my crypto data but did not grab my balance / transaction history. Help!

This is unusual behavior, deenie3000-gmail.

 

The QuickBooks Online application may need an update, or the cached data may be full. Thus you're experiencing missing balance and transaction history. Let's update the app to make sure we have the latest features.

 

In the QuickBooks Online app:

 

  • Android 
    • Select the menu at the top right and choose Settings
    • Choose Refresh Data.
    • Click Yes.
  • iOS  
    • Select the menu at the top right and then choose Help & Feedback
    • Choose Refresh Data.
    • Click Refresh.

 

In the Phone Settings:

 

  • Android 
    • Go to Settings, then select Apps.
    • Choose the QuickBooks app from the list.
    • Select Storage, then click Clear data.
  • iOS 
    • Go to Settings, then choose Settings.
    • Click on General and choose iPhone Storage
    • Select the QuickBooks app, then click Offload App.

 

If you get the same result, uninstall and reinstall the app to rectify the issue.

 

You can also access your QuickBooks Online account using supported browsers.
