Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, frustrated34. I'll ensure you can delete the deposited check by following the steps below.

Please know that when you connect your bank and credit card accounts in QuickBooks Online, the program downloads the latest available transactions every night around 10 PM PT For most banks. However, some may take a little longer.

Then, to start deleting the check that has been shown as Transfer to Owner's Pay, I suggest going to the For Review tab. You can choose the Exclude option from there to remove the entry and please know that this process only applies if the transaction is downloaded from your bank.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the For review tab.
  2. Select the checkbox for each transaction you want to exclude.
  3. Click Exclude.

Then, excluded transactions move to the Excluded tab. They won’t be added to QuickBooks or downloaded again.

If the deposit check is manually recorded in QuickBooks, you can visit the View register page and delete the entry from there. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to Gear icon ⚙ and select Chart of accounts.
  2. Find the account you want to review. Then, select View register in the Action column.
  3. Select the Filter icon, then select the filters you want to apply. You can use the Find field to search by amount, reference number, or memo.
  4. ClickApply.
  5. Locate the deposit and click it to expand the page, then choose Delete.

Lastly, you may refer to this article to view steps on how you can reconcile your accounts to avoid discrepancies: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.
