I deposited a QuickBooks online payment but I was not able to use that account so it put the deposit on hold how can I change it to deposit into my other bank account

You can change the deposit account in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) settings, provided the deposit has not yet been processed. Please follow the steps below to update your deposit account. Note that this process must be performed using a web browser.

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon in the upper right corner and select Account and settings.
  2. Navigate to the Payments tab and scroll down to the Deposit accounts section.
  3. Next to Standard Deposits, click Change bank.
  4. Select Add new bank account and enter your bank credentials, then click Save.
  5. Find the new bank account from the list and select Verify.
  6. Enter the two small amounts we have deposited to the new bank account.
  7. Review the bank account info and complete your request.
