It’s nice to see you in the Community,scheduling1.

When you connect or link an account in QuickBooks, it automatically downloads and categorizes bank and credit card transactions for you. It enters the details so you don't have to enter transactions manually. All you have to do is review them and you'll have to categorize the bank transactions. If you're not unsure what account affects aside the income. you'll need to consult an accountant.

If you categorized it incorrectly, you can undo them to bring them back to the For Review tab, where you can change their categories. Then, add them again or match them to your existing transactions.

1. Click the Banking or Transaction menu.

2. Select the Categorized tab.

3. Checkmark those downloaded bank transactions.

4. Hit the Undo button.

To know more about matching downloaded transactions, you can check out this article: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Here's an extra link that can help you out in the future: Assign, categorize, edit, and add your downloaded banking transactions.

Keep me posted in the comment section down below if you have any other questions about banking. I'll be always around ready to lend a helping hand. Have a great day!
