Question

I deposited credit cards for the first time with QB Online but don't see any fees. How do I get my credit card fees so I can keep track of them?

I've come from Desktop 2021 and when I would run my merchant service deposits, they would list the deposit along with the fee that when with the batched deposit, but yesterday, there were no fees to go with my credit card deposit.

Keeping thorough records of all expenses is vital for accurate bookkeeping, kinsign. Let me offer some guidance on how to obtain the details about your credit card processing fees.

You can access your payment account statements through the Merchant Service Center. This will provide you with the detailed information you need regarding the processing fees.

I'd be delighted to guide you through the process:

  1. Sign in to the online service center.
  2. Click the drop-down list for Activity & Reports, then select All Statements.
  3. Choose View or Download.
  4. Look under the Fees Charged or Sum or Fees per Daily Deposit section.

Please note that the payment account statements are issued monthly and will be available within the first 5 business days of each month.
