After the transaction, funds typically arrive in your deposit bank account in 2 to 3 business days. It varies based on when transactions are entered, the financial institution you select, and the amount of time it takes your bank to authenticate and process electronic deposits.

On the other hand, ACH transactions may take 7–10 business days, while you may expect to wait 5-7 banking days for credit card payments to reach your bank.

Also, you can check the status of the deposit by logging in to your Merchant Services account. You can follow the steps below on how to.

For QuickBooks Online:

1. Go to the Gear icon, and select Account and Settings.
2. Select the Payments tab.
3. Then, review the Deposit Speed section.
