I don’t have mobile deposit as an option for my QuickBooks Checking account. They said accounts need to meet “certain requirements” and that they can’t say what they are

Phone support literally said, no one is able to tell you what the requirements for mobile deposit are.

I'm here to provide some insight about mobile deposits using QuickBooks Checking, Gclos.

 

Mobile check deposit is offered by QuickBooks Checking and is subject to eligibility criteria. To be able to use this service, your QuickBooks Checking account must be active and in good standing.

 

I know that you already contacted our Payment Support but I would still recommend to re-contact them to learn more about the eligibility criteria and they'll provide further tips on how to qualify for a mobile deposit.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Choose or type Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's Talk.
