You have to ask the file or download it from your bank, then import it into your QBO account. Otherwise, utilize MT Online as a workaround. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed.

Hi there, kareemarts1-gmai.

In addition to @Fiat Lux - ASIA answer, filtering of transactions affects how they’re displayed in the register. Let's make sure it's set up correctly so that you can view all of your bank transactions.

I’m here to help and guide you through the steps. Here’s how:

  1. Tap the Accounting menu on the left panel to choose Chart of Accounts.
  2. You’ll see a list of accounts added to the company.
  3. From there, choose the one you’re working on and click the View register link.
  4. Tap the Filter icon and select the filters you want you to apply.
  5. You can use the Find field to search by amount, reference number, or memo.
  6. Then select Apply.

Here’s an article that provides in-depth information into this process: Find, review, and edit transactions in account registers. It includes steps on how clear all filters, reorder the list of entries, remove columns or change the view of the account.

We also have a list of resources that will guide you on how to handle any bank-related activities. They’re grouped by topics so can view each one right away: QuickBooks Online (QBO) self-help articles.

Drop a comment below if you still need assistance with finding your banking transactions. I’ll get back to ensure this is taken care of for you. Have a good one.
