I get instant deposit but I received a payment and it says 0$ available for instant deposits

Since you've already verified that you received a payment, however, it says 0$, you'll want to check your payment status with our Merchant Support Team. This way, we can further investigate why it says 0$ available deposits.

Also, please note that customer payments you receive between 2 and 3 PM Pacific Time can't be scheduled for instant deposits. We deposit them at the normal speed.  

 

Additionally, this might also have something to do with a browser issue. Sometimes, your browser stores cache, which causes unexpected errors appears on the page. Let me help you perform some troubleshooting steps to get rid of the error. Here are things you can try on: 

 

Press F5 on your keyboard or click the Reload icon.

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

 

If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. The overtime collection of data can create corruption, however, removing this should fix the issue. You can also use other supported, up-to-date browsers to roll out the possibility of a browser-related issue.
