I'd be glad to assist you in bringing your missing bank transactions, platinum_concret.

If an account is disconnected, all the unreviewed transactions will be deleted. This could be the reason some of your transactions are missing. Only the transactions you've added or matched before will remain in the bank register.

To resolve this, we'll have to reconnect your bank account again to QuickBooks. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu and then select Banking.
  2. Click Connect Account on the landing page if this is your first time connecting. Or select Add account or Link account if you've already created one.
  3. Search for your bank and select Continue
  4. Enter the username and password you use for your bank's website in the window.
  5. Follow the onscreen steps to connect, then select how far back you want to download transactions.
  6. Click Connect.
