It's good to see you here in the Community, @ap-ar-thatsonpoi.

Allow me to clarify things and help you set up an instant deposit in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

Setting up an instant deposit depends on your eligibility for the service. You must be active and in good standing in your QuickBooks Payments account to have this option in QBO.

Since you had this option before, may I know if you subscribe to a new QBO or QuickBooks Payments account? If yes, it may be the possible reason you don't have the option since QuickBooks still verifying your account if you're eligible for it.

However, if you just resubscribed and the option is missing, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. This way, they can check on your account and bring back the instant deposit option again. To reach them, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the Help button.
  3. In the QuickBooks Assistance chatbox, select Talk to a human and choose I still need a human.
  4. Select Contact Us.

I'm adding these articles to learn more about instant deposits:

Once you're all set, you can now process instant deposits in your QBO account. Then, if you need to return a payment to a customer, you can follow the steps to process a credit card refund.

Come back to this post and let me know how it goes, @ap-ar-thatsonpoi. I'll be around to provide further assistance.
