I have 2 credit card transactions not showing up in one of my credit cards, how can I add them if quickbooks cant pull them from the bank?

Before we begin, I would like to know the name of your bank connected to your QuickBooks Online account. It can help us verify if the issue is with your bank.

For now, you can manually update your bank account to download the missing transactions. It can refresh the connection between QuickBooks and your bank.

Here's how:

• Click Banking/Transactions from the left menu.
• Select the bank account with missing transactions.
• From the top-right of the page, click the Update button.

You can now categorize and match your bank transactions if you have successfully downloaded them to make sure they are in the correct accounts.
