Thanks for reaching out to the QuickBooks Community for this payments concern, @gaitwayofcharlot.

I want to make sure you get all the information you need for the funds that are on hold.

The posting of the funds may vary depending on the time of day the transactions were created. Also, the bank they are deposited matters with how long it takes for them to verify and process electronic deposits.  See this link to learn more about the funds on hold: Why are my funds on hold?

Additionally, there are instances when payments are taking longer than usual because the might be on hold for verification. For new QuickBooks Payments users, the first few payments take a bit longer to process while we set everything up. Learn how long it takes to get customer payments into your bank account.

Regarding the documents or requirements, you will need to contact our Payments Support for this. They can also trace the funds for you or explain explain what happened why it got delayed. To contact us, click the following link: Contact Payments Support

If you have other questions with QuickBooks Payments, feel free to get back to me, so I can help you further.
