Hi there, @davebarry719. I can share with you some information about combining two QuickBooks Online (QBO) accounts.

At this time, we're unable to combine two QBO accounts. In this case, you can only export the data out from one account and import it to the second one.

To export the data:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then click on Export Data under Tools.
  2. Add or remove items from the Reports and Lists tabs by toggling the slider.
  3. Tap on Export to Excel.

To import your data, click on Import Data from the Gear icon.

I'm adding these articles as your additional reference:

Once done, I recommend canceling the other account to avoid extra charges and paying one account only.

In case you need help in merging your customer and vendor names, as well as the accounts from your chart of accounts in the future, use this link as your guide: Merge duplicate accounts, customers, and vendors in QuickBooks Online.

Keep me posted if you have additional questions about merging accounts and data. I'll get back to you as soon as possible. Have a great day ahead!

@davebarry719

Consider opening a new blank QBO account.

https://quickbooks.grsm.io/US

https://quickbooks.grsm.io/us-promo

then you may have 2 ways:

1. Utilize a migration tool

https://transactionpro.grsm.io/qbo

2. Purchase a 3rd party merging service.
