I have 4 transactions that did not come over from my bank how can I add them so I can reconcile my statement?

Thank you for posting here in the Community, cyndic. Let me share the steps to help you add your transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

If your bank is connected to QBO, we can refresh it manually to force download the transactions.

Here's how:

1. At the left navigation pane, select Transactions.
2. Click Bank transactions.
3. Select Update beside the Link account drop-down arrow.

If you're unable to download the transactions, you have the option to input them manually or by uploading a CSV file. Just make sure to use the right file formats for a smooth process. For more information, you can refer to this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Here's how:

1. Go to Transactions, then select Bank transactions.
2. Select the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions.
3. Select the Link account▼ dropdown, then select Upload from file. Note: If your account is not connected yet to online banking, select Upload from file.
4. Click Drag and drop to select files and select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then, select Continue.
5. In the QuickBooks account▼ dropdown, select the account you want to upload the transactions into. Then, select Continue.
6. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then select Continue.
7. Select the transactions you like to import. Then select Continue.
8. Click Yes and Done.
