Question

I have a 941 payment that shows in my bank account as manually entered, yet it was not deducted from my bank account. Why not?

Hi there, @chapin123.

It would be helpful if you could provide more details about the 941 payment. In QuickBooks, where did you see it as manually entered? Did you create a manual payment for Tax Form 941 through QuickBooks?

If you paid your 941 taxes using QuickBooks and your bank account wasn't deducted from the amount you paid, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They can review your account and check if the payment went through the system.
