I have a bank account that is connected with my QB. There are transactions in the bank account, but QB stopped to pull in those information How can I have it restarted?

It's an US Bank account that doesn't sync with my QB. What should I do?

I'll share the steps on how you can download your bank transactions. You'll want to update your bank account manually in QuickBooks to sync your transactions. Let me guide you through the steps.

 

  1. Go to Banking, then select the Banking tab.
  2. Highlight the account you want to sync the transactions with.
  3. Click the Update button. See the image below.
