I have a couple paid invoices that haven’t got deposited into my bank account that were paid beginning of April

Hello, @kozelconsulting1.

 

Have you chosen the Undeposited Funds account when receiving invoice payments? This might be the reason why your invoice status showing as paid but not deposited. To fix this, let's create a Bank Deposit:

  1. Go to the +New icon.
  2. Choose Bank Deposit.
  3. On the Choose an account drop-down, pick the bank account you want to deposit the payments.
  4. From the Received from column, check the box on the invoices you need to pay.
  5. Once done, click Save and close.

 

Once finished, go back to the Invoices page and check the status. For your reference, see this article for further guidance: Bank deposits.

 

Also, QBO has several ready-made reports that you can access to view your customer information and their transactions. Just simply go to the Reports tab and type the "customer" keyword and click whichever customer report you'd like to open.
