Thank you for searching our Community space for potential solutions. If you haven't encountered this yet, this solution will help you resolve the duplicate deposits on your bank account, shawn-lotusluxur.

The duplicates could have been caused by the Undeposited Funds account. Simply ensure that the Deposit to account in your QuickBooks Payments account corresponds to the actual account to which funds should be deposited. To avoid duplicates, change Cash On Hand to the real bank account. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the upper right.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Tap Payments from the menu.
  4. Click the Chart of Accounts section.
  5. In the Where do you want to record payments? field, choose the correct bank account.
  6. For Where do you want to record processing fees? choose the proper expense account for tracking processing fees.
  7. Press Save and then Done.

These changes will already take effect on future transactions. You'll have to exclude or match existing transactions to avoid duplicates. Let me guide you on how to exclude them from the For Review tab:

  1. Go to Banking.
  2. From the Bank and Credit Cards drop-down menu, select your bank or credit card account.
  3. Select the For Review tab.
  4. Find and choose the transactions you want to exclude.
  5. Click Batch actions.
  6. Tap Exclude Selected.

In addition, here's an article you can read to learn more about excluding your transactions: Exclude a bank transaction you downloaded into QuickBooks Online. I'll be attaching articles that will help you manage and process customer payments:

I'd like to know how you get on after trying the steps, as I want to ensure this is resolved for you. Please reply to this post and I'll get back to you. Take care always.
