Welcome to the Community, @Jason11_2 Atkinson. Let me share some insights about the deposits that went to QB debit card in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

If you're approved after signing up for QuickBooks Payments, you will receive a QuickBooks Checking account as well as a QuickBooks Checking debit card. It's a monthly fee-free checking account within QuickBooks where all of your customer payments get deposited.

Use your QuickBooks debit card to withdraw money from your checking account. You can get cash from ATMs or make purchases like any other Visa debit card. And if you use your QuickBooks debit card for instant deposits, we also don't charge an additional fee for faster deposits.

For detailed information about this, see this article: Use the QuickBooks debit card to get your cash.

I'd recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Payments Support Team. They'll be able to do further investigation about this concern.

If everything's good with your deposits, you can now categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if you still have other questions about your deposits that went to QuickBooks debit card. I'm always here to help. Have a great day!
