I have a new account and have linked my bank account. I specified transactions should be brought in since the Jan 1, 2023, but none have been brought over before 2/13/23?

I'm joining this thread to provide additional details about the missing transactions. Then, I'll help you bring them successfully into QuickBooks.

May I ask the name of your bank? This helps me check further and provide an accurate solution to your concern. In the meantime,  I recommend updating your bank manually in the system to refresh its connection. Here's how:

1. Go to Bookkeeping and then select Transactions.
2. Choose Bank transactions.
3. Select Update.

If the same thing happens, we can follow the suggestion shared by Fiat Lux - ASIA. An outdated or corrupted site data in the browser causes runtime and unexpected behaviors in the program. Thus, logging in to your account using a private window helps us have a better experience when using QuickBooks, such as importing bank transactions. 

• Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
• Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox & Microsoft Edge
• Command + Shift + N for Safari

Once you're in, go to the bank feed and bring the transactions within the period needed. If those transactions show, we can clear the cache and cookies on your regular browser to start over fresh. Switching to other supported web browsers can be a good alternative, too.
