Thanks for posting here, @mbharary1.

May I know the specific bank you're having problems with? Also, did you get any error messages preventing you from depositing the funds? This information will be a great help to find a timely solution.

Meanwhile, let's make sure that you select your new bank account when receiving payments. Here's how:

  1. Go to the +New button and choose Receive Payment.
  2. Select the customer.
  3. From the Deposit to field make sure to choose the correct bank.
  4. Once done, click Save

If the same thing happens, let's access your QBO account using an incognito window. Private mode prevents storing cache and cookies that might cause problems when running websites. Here are the shortcut keys you can use:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Once signed in, deposit the funds again to your new bank account. If this works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. This will remove the stored cache or cookies to refresh your browser. If not, use another supported browser. It could be that the one you're currently using has a temporary issue with QuickBooks.

Also, to make sure that your transactions are under the correct account, you have to categorize them in QuickBooks. For the detailed steps, please visit this article: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

If there's anything else I can do to help you deposit your sales funds, please feel free to comment below. Take care always.
