Question

I have a pending (fraudulent) transaction ongoing for 3 months now. QB assistants keep telling me to wait, and I cannot dispute as long as it is pending. Now what?

I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Payments Support team to follow up on your case. Our experts can review your account and explain why the transaction has been pending for three months. They can also provide guidance on how to resolve the situation. I'll write down the steps to get you going:

 

  1. Hover to the Help menu and press the Search tab.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Choose a specific topic or Ask about something else. Type in a short description in the box provided.
  4. Select Continue, then pick the Chat or Callback option.
