I have a problem relinking a Chase Amazon card to QBO, it keeps on saying the credit card is already linked to a bank feed. Kindly help, thank you

I understand the importance of connecting your Chase Amazon to QuickBooks Online (QBO).  Rest assured, I'm here to help you resolve this issue so you can continue doing your business with us. 

 

In this case, we'll have to use JP Morgan Chase Bank to connect to your QBO account. They're both the same bank accounts, and we're just making sure that there are no problems ongoing with Chase Bank right now.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Transactions, then select Bank Transactions.
  2. Click Connect Bank.
  3. Search and select JP Morgan Chase.
  4. Click Continue, and you'll be directed to the JP Morgan Chase website to connect to QBO.
  5. Follow on-screen instructions, and you'll be redirected back to QBO to finalize the connection.

 

If the problem persists, I recommend logging in to your Chase bank account directly to their website and disconnect QBO from your account. Then, connect Chase Bank again with QBO to establish the connection. If necessary, you can contact your financial institution so they can help you disconnect your bank to QBO and reconnect it.

 

Moreover, once your bank is successfully connected to QuickBooks Online, you may consider categorizing your bank transactions to QuickBooks Online so they'll be assigned to specific accounts.

Hi there, Victor. I've got some information on how to help you reconnect your card to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Since you've mentioned being unable to connect your card to QBO,  you'll have to ensure first that your Chase Amazon card is connected by going to the Bank transactions and finding the name of your card. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Transactions menu located at the left navigation panel.
  2. Click Bank Transactions
  3. Under the Business Bank, find the name of your bank. 

 

You can also use another supported browser if you cannot see your bank and certain issues persist. You can also use the private browser to rule out any browsing history or cached files causing the problem. Here are the shortcut keys for accessing private browsers: 

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N
