Question

I have a Quickbooks Online Checking Account. Why can't I get my mobile deposits to work? How do you turn ON this feature for me to deposit checks?

I followed the instructions on the app and the check pictures we clear and both front and back got check marks from the app, but then an error popped up and that said I couldn't deposit the check without any information as to why it would not deposit?
