Question

I have a transaction that did not transfer over from USA Pay. I need someone to call me and figure it out.

Since a particular transaction didn't transfer into your books, I'd recommend performing a manual update. These look back 90 days and download any new records from that period of time.

 

Here's how:

  1. In the left navigation bar, go to Banking.
  2. Choose your account.
  3. Click the Update button.
  4. If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials, then hit Continue Update.
  5. You'll receive a notification when the update's complete.

 

If it's successful, there'll be a new total number of transactions and date of last update.

 

There's also some things you'll want to aware of. For example, some banks and credit card companies don't post transactions for download until later in the day/the following morning. If a missing transaction comes up, it's recommended that you wait at least 24 hours before performing a manual update. This is in case your financial institution doesn't make them available immediately. Additionally, sometimes you're able to see records on the bank's website, but they won't be downloadable until posting occurs.
 

In the event updating doesn't import your transaction, the next step is verifying you can you can log in to the institution's website.
