I can help upload your bank statement via a CSV in no time, 992e7f34cb6e.

You'll have to ensure the data is in the correct format. You can upload CSV with either of the following 3-column or 4-column formats. Check this article for more details: Format CSV in Excel to get bank transactions into QuickBooks. Note that the article is for QuickBooks Online but can also be applied to Self-Employed.

Once you have your data in a proper format, you can manually import them into your QBSE account. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Profile ⚙ icon and select Imports.
  2. Select Import transactions.
  3. Follow the onscreen steps to upload the CSV file.
  4. Select Import.

If you need help categorizing your transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed, check this article: Categorise transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed. This will help guide you on how to report your self-employed income and expenses.
