I have been unable to reconcile due to an error from paypal - I have set up 2nd account for this year and it still doesn't work. Paypal and quickbook working together?

May I know the specific error you encountered when reconciling your PayPal account in QuickBooks? That information will be a great help so I can find you a timely solution.  

 

Also, I recommend reaching out to our technical support team so they can make a formal investigation to determine the root cause of the issue. You can also request a screen-sharing session so they can review your setup. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. From the Assistant tab, type your concern. Example: Getting error from PayPal when reconciling in QuickBooks Online.
  3. Then, type Talk to a Human and click the Get help from a human option.
  4. Choose either Chat or Callback.
