I have been working on client's qbo version-I am trying to add them to my qboaccountant-so that I can undo some recon. etc. I sent myself an invite-it will not connect?

You'll want to accept the invitation first to successfully connect to your client's QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. An email invitation will be sent to the email address you enter when inviting yourself as an accountant to their QBO. If you encounter any issues accepting the invitation, let's check your sign-in info. Here's how:

 

  1. Open the invite email.
  2. Select the Accept Invitation.
  3. Sign in with your existing user ID and password.
