I have ben entering our church Sunday tithes as sales receipts into undeposited funds and then go to deposit into bank account, but it has our balance as a negative, ?

Sales receipts should only appear in your bank statement within your deposits.

If you're seeing them individually as well, that means the item used on the sales receipts is configured to use your bank account. If you change the account on the item, I think QuickBooks will ask you if you want to change your data. In this case you do.
