Question

I have brought up the app to search for previously reviewed trips for 2023 and I changed the filter to 2023 but it doesn’t bring up any trips.

I am having this filter problem and on top of that I found out about this problem in the app because when I try to enter my mileage for a trip, I had two presets that I always use; supply purchase or customer site visit. The problem is, quickbooks feels the need to change the examples at random times and I needed to double check what I put so it is an exact match. It didn’t used to do this but now it has taken them away multiple times in the past two months. I’m so sick of quickbooks for doing things like this. These small issues, when put together with all of the other small issues make this app/program SOOOO frustrating to use.

This is not the kind of experience we want you to have while using the QuickBooks Online mobile app for mileage, @premierhomehandy. 

 

First, make sure to use the latest version of the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app. Try to check your mileage. If the error persists or you already have the latest app, clear your app cache. The cache accumulated in your application might have led to this unusual behavior.

 

Here's how to clear app cache or data storage if you're using an Android:

 

  1. Open your phone's settings app.
  2. Look for the QBO app.
  3. Tap the clear data or the clear cache option.

 

For iOS:

 

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Select and tap QBO in the list of apps.
  3. Then scroll down the page until you see Clear History and Website Data.
  4. Tap Clear History and Website Data, and confirm on the pop-up window.
