I have Essentials and am unable to create a recurring transaction. Why?

I just upgraded to essentials and was told I could do recurring transactions. When I try to make one, it send me to an"Upgrade page." Why?

Congratulations on upgrading your QuickBooks Online to Essentials, jnagardner-msn-c.

 

I'm here to help you with the process of creating a recurring transaction in QBO.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and choose Recurring transactions under Lists.
  2. Click New. Then, choose which transaction as the Transaction Type.
  3. Fill in the necessary information.
  4. Click Save template.
