I have finished 2021’s transactions but it wont allow me to see any transactions for 2020. The furthest back it goes is Jan 2021. It seems as though they aren’t transferring from the bank.. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

When you connect your bank, QuickBooks Self Employed automatically downloads the latest available transactions every night around 10 PM PT. For most banks, transactions are usually available for QuickBooks to download the day after they post to your bank's website. Some may take a little longer depending on your bank. In the meantime, let’s manually upload your transactions to your QuickBooks Online Self Employed account.
