I have fraudulent transactions on my card and cant get help from customer service. Can someone assist me please?

As much as I wanted to check on this, I am not able to do so as this is a public space. I understand that you've already tried reaching our support. But I still suggest contacting us again. One of our support can review the fraudulent transactions and further check on this.

Here are the steps to contact us:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?)  at the top to open the QB Assistant window.
  3. Scroll down to the Type something field and enter a brief description of your concern.
  4. Click the Get help from a human link and follow the on-screen steps to complete the process.
  5. Choose Start a chat or Get a callback.
