Question

I have logged in, but the screen says we're fetching your data. It has said that for more than 15 minutes. I have refreshed the page, logged out and logged back in, but can never see my account. What is wrong?

The page didn't load fast once your sign-in can be caused by cache files that stores on your browser or app. I can help you get rid of that. 

 

If you're using an app, you can check if both the device and app are updated. You can also uninstall and reinstall the app to get up-to-date features and fixes. No worries, all data are safe and stored by the system. You can also try accessing a supported browser to check if you get the same thing. Just log in to this link: https://selfemployed.intuit.com/login.

 

If you're using a browser, you can try logging in to your account through a private browser since it doesn't store cache files that cause unexpected behavior within the system. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open one: 

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

If this works, it means that you need to clear your browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If you get the same result while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different browser.
