Welcome to the Community, winnerplumbing.

Since your funds from the transfer haven't showed up in your account yet, I'd recommend checking with TD Bank directly to verify the status of your deposit. If it was rejected, they'll be able to help identify the reason. You can also check your email for any communication from Intuit about issues that may've arised. When Intuit sends money to an account, there's multiple reasons it can bounce back from the bank's end, like if it has an invalid account or routing number for example.

In the event you identify that your funds were rejected back to Intuit, or your financial institution doesn't have any information about the deposit coming in on their end, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team to verify what needs to be done to get them released to you. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment and conduct further research.

They can be reached while you're signed in.

Here's how:

  1. Use the Help (?) icon.
  2. Choose Contact Us.
  3. Enter a description of your situation in the What can we help you with? field, then click Let's talk.
  4. Select Start messaging or Get a call.

Be sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available.
