I have more than one location in my QuickBooks and they all use a different bank account. How can I set up Direct Deposit using more than one bank account?

Quickbooks payroll settings only allows one bank account for direct deposit but if you use paper checks you can switch what bank account is used. Is there anyway to change bank accounts while doing direct deposit?

I appreciate you interest with knowing the features of our Direct Deposit service, @waterworxcarwash.

 

Being able to use multiple bank accounts for Direct Deposit is a great idea. However, the system will allow you to use one account to deduct DD funds for now. If you want to interchange bank accounts, need to go through the initial setup to change Direct Deposit bank account and verify the test debits.
